BACSAC: bag, planter, portable garden bed. Founded in France by two landscapers and a designer, BACSAC aims to make gardening easier, cheaper and more mobile. The super light, permeable geo-textile bags come in varying sizes and can be placed on the ground as planters, hung from a wall or on either side of a railing. I love the ones that resemble duffle bags – once planted, they look like you’ve left your gym bag in the garden long enough for a willow tree to sprout out of it! They’re perfect for a neat herb or vegetable garden if you don’t want to dig up your beds. And a great alternative to expensive pots.¬†Available in Australia at Kif & Katast.

This is a guest post for Cohabitaire & Ingrid, who is yoga-ing it up in Bali, lucky duck! HF.
